Who This Is For

Built for Outliers in the Trades

If you're navigating leadership in a male-dominated industry as someone who's often the only one in the room — whether that's because of your gender, who you love, your background, or simply the path you took to get here — this assessment was built for you.

Most leadership tools were built for people who've never had to fight to be heard before they could lead. This one starts from where you actually are.

It takes 5 minutes. It will tell you something true about yourself. And it gives you one thing to practice this week — not a massive overhaul, just one move that will make you sharper in your next high-stakes moment.

You don't trade Iron for Instinct. You add.
